About This Role
As Risk and Loss Control Manager, you will conduct on-site risk assessments and loss-control reviews with Member agencies, analyze loss data to spot trends and emerging exposures, and turn findings into practical resources Members can implement. You'll present to Members and TCA committees, collaborate to close gaps, and serve as a trusted advisor embedded in their risk management practices. Reporting to the Executive Director, Risk Management, you'll be part of a leadership team that is accessible and supportive.

A typical day might involve traveling to a Member agency to conduct a risk assessment, analyzing loss data to identify trends, and developing a resource guide or training material based on your findings. You might also present recommendations to a Member's leadership team or a TCA committee, and collaborate with Member staff to implement solutions. The role blends on-site engagement, data analysis, and strategic advising, all aimed at strengthening risk management practices across the organization.
