Retail Sales Planning Manager

• Coordinate retailer promotions and merchandising initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
• Manage new item setup, product onboarding, and maintain retailer documentation and price lists.
• Own retail sales reporting, forecasting, and inventory analysis to prevent stock-outs and optimize supply.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless retail execution.

This role helps Blueland scale its mission of eliminating single-use plastic by ensuring retail partners have the right products and promotions, thereby diverting more plastic bottles from landfills and reducing CO2 emissions.

• 2-5 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with forecasting/demand planning and S&OP processes preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to leverage data for business cases.
