Research Project Manager

• Manage globally distributed AI safety research teams, serving as their primary point-of-contact towards peer-reviewed publication.
• Conduct kickoff calls, provide feedback on research artifacts, and mentor researchers through academic publishing.
• Facilitate connections with subject matter experts and support literature reviews and team collaboration.
• Track team compliance, review progress forms, manage deliverables, and handle operational tasks.
