What you will drive

  • Support project managers with project management and administration.
  • Bring basic knowledge of research and evaluation methods to develop protocols and instruments.
  • Provide responsive technical assistance to clients and carry out defined tasks for deliverables.
  • Communicate independently with internal and external project partners.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Commitment to equity and social impact with interest in Omni's core areas.
  • Strong project coordination skills, including tracking tasks and managing meeting notes.
  • Training or experience in applied research methods (qualitative or quantitative), typically a master's degree or a bachelor's degree with at least two years of work experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
