Research Associate

• Support project managers with project management and administration.
• Bring basic knowledge of research and evaluation methods to develop protocols and instruments.
• Provide responsive technical assistance to clients and carry out defined tasks for deliverables.
• Communicate independently with internal and external project partners.

This role supports social change by helping nonprofit organizations, philanthropies, and government agencies advance equity and improve community health, behavioral health, justice, economic security, and children & families.

• Commitment to equity and social impact with interest in Omni's core areas.
• Strong project coordination skills, including tracking tasks and managing meeting notes.
• Training or experience in applied research methods (qualitative or quantitative), typically a master's degree or a bachelor's degree with at least two years of work experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Annual salary of $54,636 plus benefits including 100% employer-paid health premiums, vision, dental, 401k with match, flexible schedules, 3 weeks PTO, 11 floating holidays, annual office closure, Headspace EAP, and monthly technology stipend.
