Mission
What you will drive
- Support project managers with project management and administration.
- Bring basic knowledge of research and evaluation methods to develop protocols and instruments.
- Provide responsive technical assistance to clients and carry out defined tasks for deliverables.
- Communicate independently with internal and external project partners.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Commitment to equity and social impact with interest in Omni's core areas.
- Strong project coordination skills, including tracking tasks and managing meeting notes.
- Training or experience in applied research methods (qualitative or quantitative), typically a master's degree or a bachelor's degree with at least two years of work experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
