What you will drive

  • Identify, screen, and hire highly qualified immigration attorney candidates for supervising attorney and staff attorney positions.
  • Reduce time-to-hire for legal roles and provide a diverse, qualified candidate pool.
  • Conduct needs assessment, sourcing strategy, screening, interview management, background checks, placement, and reporting.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum five years of experience in legal recruiting, specifically in immigration law with nonprofit organizations.
  • Proven track record of placing newly barred attorneys at entry-level and attorneys with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Existing network of legal professionals in California, preferably in Bakersfield, Fresno, or surrounding counties.
  • Ability to act independently with strict commitment to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
