Request for Applications: MMA Program Assistant

• Coordinate and schedule calls and virtual meetings with staff, partners, and hubs using Zoom and other conferencing platforms.
• Manage program calendars, events, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics; support project administration, consultant coordination, invoice processing, and contract tracking.
• Assist with data collection and reporting for program, donor, and M&E requirements; support partner reporting compliance and program workplan updates.
• Provide administrative support to the Access to Diagnostics and Medicines Lead, including scheduling and documentation preparation.

This role supports the Make Medicines Affordable strategic pillar, which challenges inequities in access to medicines and health technologies through community-led advocacy, policy influence, and market transparency, ultimately advancing health and social justice globally.

• Bachelor’s degree in International Health/Development, Public Policy, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Law, Intellectual Property, or a related field; relevant professional experience (2–3 years) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Zoom and language translation applications such as DeepL.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.

Full-time, fixed-term position ending 31 December 2027. Remote work with preference for candidates in CET, SAST, or similar time zones. Compensation details not specified.
