Mission
What you will drive
- Coordinate and schedule calls and virtual meetings with staff, partners, and hubs using Zoom and other conferencing platforms.
- Manage program calendars, events, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics; support project administration, consultant coordination, invoice processing, and contract tracking.
- Assist with data collection and reporting for program, donor, and M&E requirements; support partner reporting compliance and program workplan updates.
- Provide administrative support to the Access to Diagnostics and Medicines Lead, including scheduling and documentation preparation.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in International Health/Development, Public Policy, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Law, Intellectual Property, or a related field; relevant professional experience (2โ3 years) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Zoom and language translation applications such as DeepL.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
