Mission
What you will drive
- Support staff and stakeholders in using carbon credit registries during project listing, validation/verification, and credit issuance and transaction processes.
- Review project data and documents for accuracy and completeness prior to credit issuance, and assess new registry participant applications including KYC.
- Contribute to maintenance and development of operational processes, track program developments, and improve registry services and standard operating procedures.
- For Manager level: provide leadership in engagement with registry service providers, manage registry datasets, and mentor junior staff.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Business Administration, Computer Science, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years (Officer) or 6 years (Manager) of relevant work experience in environmental markets, customer support, database management, or systems organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; experience with software requirement specifications and user acceptance testing preferred; data analytics platforms like Tableau a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and systems thinking skills; detail-oriented with project management ability; excellent client service and communication skills.
