Registered Nurse (RN) | Work from home | $34/hr | Starts 6/15/26

• Provide telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services to a diverse population.
• Use the nursing process to identify patient care needs, risk and safety issues, and appropriate health care referrals.
• Adhere to nursing standards, company policies, and quality management guidelines.

This role directly improves patient access to quality healthcare by providing timely, compassionate telephonic triage and education, helping patients navigate their health needs from home.

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state; minimum associate degree or diploma in nursing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of RN clinical experience; ER, adult/pediatric, Med/Surg, Home Health, or Hospice experience preferred.
• Ability to run multiple computer programs simultaneously and apply clinical knowledge effectively.
• Comprehensive communication skills and ability to build rapport with members.
