Registered Nurse (RN) | Work from home | $34/hr | Starts 6/1/26

• Provide quality-driven telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services to a diverse population of callers/patients/members.
• Use the nursing process to identify patient care needs, risk and safety issues, educational opportunities, and appropriate health care referrals.
• Adhere to nursing standards, company policies, and shared principles while processing calls based on Quality Management guidelines.

This role directly improves patient access to quality healthcare by providing timely telephonic triage and education, helping patients navigate their health needs from home.

• Current, unrestricted, multi-state (compact) RN license in state of residence; must reside in a compact state.
• Minimum 3 years of Registered Nurse clinical experience; ER, adult/pediatric care, Medical/Surgical, Home Health, Hospice, or other acute areas preferred.
• Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Ability to run multiple computer programs simultaneously and apply clinical knowledge effectively.

Compensation: $34.00 per hour. Full-time positions (36-40 hours/week) with evening and weekend shifts; differential pay may apply.
