What you will drive

  • Expand the dealer network by identifying, visiting, convincing, and onboarding new dealers in North Germany.
  • Manage sales planning, ordering, and delivery processes for dealers, and drive sell-in and sell-out support to increase market share.
  • Identify and manage fleet business opportunities with public authorities and organizations.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the motorcycle industry.
  • C2 level proficiency in German and English; other European languages preferred.
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills, with ability to devise and execute regional strategies.
  • Willingness to travel at least 75% of work time and work approximately 20 weekends per year.
