Regional Program Manager, Northeast

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the regional team, ensuring seamless coordination with central staff and execution of all camp activities.
• Build and maintain partnerships in the Northeast region to foster program growth, including university and volunteer partnerships.
• Supervise and mentor a regional team of up to two Program Coordinators, conducting performance evaluations and fostering collaboration.
• Analyze annual performance and implement improvements to enhance PALS impact and mission alignment.

This role directly creates inclusive camp experiences for individuals with and without Down syndrome, fostering connection, changing attitudes, and inspiring a world of belonging.

• Experience in program management, operations, or related field, preferably in nonprofit or camp settings.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills, with ability to mentor and evaluate staff.
• Excellent partnership development and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in budget management and data tracking.

Full-time, non-exempt position. Remote work environment with preference for Northeast region. Benefits not specified in posting.
