Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the regional team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of all camp activities.
- Build and maintain partnerships in the region to foster program growth and increase reach, including new university and volunteer partners.
- Supervise and mentor a regional team of up to two Program Coordinators, conducting performance evaluations and fostering collaboration.
- Analyze annual performance and implement improvements to enhance PALS impact and mission alignment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
