Mission

What you will drive

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the regional team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of all camp activities.
  • Build and maintain partnerships in the region to foster program growth and increase reach, including new university and volunteer partners.
  • Supervise and mentor a regional team of up to two Program Coordinators, conducting performance evaluations and fostering collaboration.
  • Analyze annual performance and implement improvements to enhance PALS impact and mission alignment.

  • Experience in managing complex operations, including logistics, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
