Regional Program Manager, Mid-Atlantic

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the regional team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of all camp activities.
• Build and maintain partnerships in the region to foster program growth and increase reach, including new university and volunteer partners.
• Supervise and mentor a regional team of up to two Program Coordinators, conducting performance evaluations and fostering collaboration.
• Analyze annual performance and implement improvements to enhance PALS impact and mission alignment.

This role creates positive change by ensuring inclusive camp experiences for individuals with and without Down syndrome, fostering connection and belonging, and expanding the reach of PALS Programs to serve more participants and families.

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a camp, educational, or non-profit setting.
• Strong ability to manage a diverse and distributed team.
• Experience in managing complex operations, including logistics, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
