Regional Philanthropic Director, West

• Lead a team of philanthropic advisors to fuel flexible, high-impact funding for grassroots organizing and movement-building groups.
• Manage a portfolio of ~125 donor households in the San Francisco Bay Area, driving qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Design and execute donor strategies to achieve multi-million dollar revenue goals and deepen donor relationships.

This role directly channels resources to grassroots organizing and movement-building groups, shifting culture, winning power, and shaping policy for progressive change across the U.S.

• 5+ years of experience in major gifts or philanthropic advising, including managing donor relationships of $100K+ annually.
• Deep mission alignment with organizing, social movements, and electoral politics.
• Highly self-directed with ability to manage a team and portfolio independently.
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area (within 1 hour drive of San Francisco).

Salary: $140,000-170,000 (based on experience).
