Mission

What you will drive

  • Own Quilt's partner channel across the Pacific Northwest, growing existing certified partners and aggressively acquiring new HVAC contractor partners.
  • Prospect, pitch, and onboard new partners; manage pipeline and represent Quilt at industry events.
  • Manage relationships with existing partners, provide field support, training, and performance tracking to drive install volume and revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to document playbooks, provide field feedback, and exceed revenue and installation targets.

This role directly drives the transition of homes in the Pacific Northwest off fossil fuels by expanding the network of HVAC partners installing Quilt's efficient heat pumps, reducing home emissions that contribute to climate change.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development; preferably in HVAC, building products, or related trade industry.
  • Real fluency in ductless heat pump systems; understanding of how mini-splits work, are sold, and installed.
  • Existing network of HVAC contractors and dealers in the Pacific Northwest is a strong advantage.
  • Hunter-farmer mindset with ability to manage existing accounts and prospect new partners; comfortable with 50–75% regional travel.
