Mission
What you will drive
- Own Quilt's partner channel across the Pacific Northwest, growing existing certified partners and aggressively acquiring new HVAC contractor partners.
- Prospect, pitch, and onboard new partners; manage pipeline and represent Quilt at industry events.
- Manage relationships with existing partners, provide field support, training, and performance tracking to drive install volume and revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to document playbooks, provide field feedback, and exceed revenue and installation targets.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development; preferably in HVAC, building products, or related trade industry.
- Real fluency in ductless heat pump systems; understanding of how mini-splits work, are sold, and installed.
- Existing network of HVAC contractors and dealers in the Pacific Northwest is a strong advantage.
- Hunter-farmer mindset with ability to manage existing accounts and prospect new partners; comfortable with 50–75% regional travel.
