What you will drive

  • Lead and grow multifaith work in the Pacific Northwest by building relationships with faith leaders, civic partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Develop a regional engagement plan to connect leaders across divides, identify shared challenges, and support collaborative action.
  • Facilitate workshops and learning experiences that equip faith leaders to address toxic polarization.
  • Contribute to national multifaith programming and coordinate with internal teams to align regional outreach with broader strategy.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 7 years of experience in faith, civic engagement, community organizing, or multifaith work.
  • Strong relationship-building, facilitation, and communication skills across political, religious, racial, and cultural divides.
  • Ability to develop faith leaders' capacity to mobilize communities and adapt national tools to local contexts.
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience; knowledge of Pacific Northwest faith communities strongly preferred.
