Regional Outreach Manager - Pacific Northwest

• Lead and grow multifaith work in the Pacific Northwest by building relationships with faith leaders, civic partners, and community stakeholders.
• Develop a regional engagement plan to connect leaders across divides, identify shared challenges, and support collaborative action.
• Facilitate workshops and learning experiences that equip faith leaders to address toxic polarization.
• Contribute to national multifaith programming and coordinate with internal teams to align regional outreach with broader strategy.

This role helps bridge toxic polarization by bringing diverse faith communities together to build trust and collaborate on shared community challenges, fostering a more united and cooperative society.

• At least 7 years of experience in faith, civic engagement, community organizing, or multifaith work.
• Strong relationship-building, facilitation, and communication skills across political, religious, racial, and cultural divides.
• Ability to develop faith leaders' capacity to mobilize communities and adapt national tools to local contexts.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience; knowledge of Pacific Northwest faith communities strongly preferred.

Salary: $63,300–$89,700 annually based on experience. Best-in-class benefits package (details available upon request).
