Mission
What you will drive
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with community organizations, campuses, faith groups, and local partners hosting Party at the Polls activations in assigned geographies.
- Support partners in delivering events ranging from pop-ups to multi-day voting sites, ensuring quality and impact.
- Monitor activation quality and partner progress using program data tools, flagging issues and escalating as needed.
- Manage partner compliance with event registration and reporting requirements according to grant agreements.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of professional experience in community organizing, civic engagement, electoral programs, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing partner or vendor relationships, including tracking deliverables and maintaining accountability.
- Experience supporting or executing grant-funded programs, including familiarity with reporting requirements and compliance.
- Track record of coordinating events or community activations, ideally across multiple sites or geographies.
