Regional Organizer

• Implement regional electoral canvassing programs including door-to-door, phone, and event outreach.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support voter contact goals.
• Build relationships with partner organizations and community leaders to coordinate messaging and actions.
• Lead localized education and outreach efforts to build public support for a constitutional amendment protecting reproductive freedom.

This role directly advances reproductive freedom in Virginia by mobilizing voters and building grassroots support to pass a constitutional amendment protecting abortion care and reproductive healthcare decisions without government interference.

• At least 2 years (or 1-2 election cycles) of experience in electoral or grassroots organizing.
• Familiarity with NGP/VAN and dialer/SMS tools preferred.
• Understanding of the reproductive rights, health, and justice movement.
• Ability to work independently and in coalition, under pressure, and adapt to changing needs.

Salary of $5,000 per month, health insurance stipend of $500 per month, mileage reimbursement for campaign-related travel. Full-time, temporary position through November 2026.
