Regional Organizer: Northern Virginia

• Implement regional electoral canvassing programs including door-to-door, phone banking, and events.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to scale voter contact efforts.
• Build relationships with partner organizations and community leaders to coordinate messaging and outreach.
• Lead localized education and outreach to support the campaign's goal of passing a constitutional amendment protecting reproductive freedom.

This role directly advances reproductive freedom in Virginia by mobilizing voters and building community support to pass a constitutional amendment protecting the right to reproductive healthcare without government interference.

• At least 2 years (or 1-2 election cycles) of experience in electoral and/or grassroots organizing.
• Familiarity with NGP/VAN and dialer/SMS tools preferred.
• Understanding of the reproductive rights, health, and justice movement(s).
• Ability to work independently and in coalition, under pressure, and adapt to changing needs.

Salary of $5,000 per month, health insurance stipend of $500 per month, and mileage reimbursement for campaign-related travel. This is a full-time, temporary position through November 2026.
