Regional Manager - Western North America (Volunteer)

• Build and support city-level climate communities across Western North America, recruiting and onboarding City Leads.
• Drive regional engagement through events, cross-city collaboration, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Track community growth metrics and implement improvements to convert attendees into active platform members.
• Act as a bridge between global strategy and local execution, contributing insights to the global team.

This role helps activate one of the most important climate regions in the world, turning climate ambition into real-world action by connecting founders, investors, policymakers, and changemakers across Western North America.

• Experience in community building, events, or ecosystem development.
• Familiarity with climate, sustainability, or tech ecosystems.
• Experience working across distributed or regional teams.
• Strong communication, self-starter, and mission-driven mindset.

Leadership role across a major global climate region; access to top climate ecosystems (SF, LA, Vancouver, etc.); opportunity to shape regional strategy and growth; experience scaling community and events at ecosystem level; pathway to senior leadership roles within 4WARD. This is a volunteer position with no monetary compensation.
