Regional Manager – Southern Europe (Volunteer)

• Recruit and support City Leads across Southern Europe to strengthen emerging climate ecosystems.
• Drive community engagement through platforms like Circle, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, fostering regional cohesion.
• Support local climate events, meetups, and expand partnerships with accelerators, corporates, and NGOs.
• Track engagement metrics, identify regional gaps, and lead regional initiatives to convert attendees into active members.

This role helps unlock the next wave of climate innovation across Southern Europe by connecting fragmented local communities and strengthening the region's climate ecosystem, turning climate ambition into real-world action.

• Experience in community building, events, or ecosystem development.
• Familiarity with European climate or startup ecosystems.
• Experience working across multiple countries or cultures.
• Strong cross-cultural communication, relationship building, and self-starter mindset.
