- Partner with Regional Director to develop and execute business plans for IBD partners.
- Cultivate and deepen relationships with IBDs through proactive interactions and exceptional client service.
- Manage territory, track pipeline, and log client activity in CRM to drive sales and asset growth.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree with 5+ years of experience in financial services or as an internal sales associate.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 66 license required; CAIA, MBA, CFA a plus.
- Independent Broker Dealer (IBD) channel experience highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
