What you will drive

  • Lead campaigns for clean energy projects and ordinances in the assigned region (NM, UT, or CO).
  • Develop campaign strategies, support partner organizations, and cultivate volunteer leadership.
  • Track campaign milestones, manage budgets, and ensure grant deliverables are met.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots organizing, issue advocacy, community engagement, political campaigns, or coalition management.
  • Successful track record of achieving ambitious campaign outcomes; local-level experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Experience with digital campaigning tools and willingness to build alliances across the political spectrum.
