What you will drive
- Lead campaigns for clean energy projects and ordinances in Oregon, developing strategies and mobilizing grassroots support.
- Support partner organizations and volunteer leaders through check-ins, training, and advocacy materials.
- Track campaign milestones, manage budgets, and ensure grant deliverables are met.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots organizing, issue advocacy, community engagement, political campaigns, or coalition management.
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious campaign outcomes; local-level experience strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communication.
- Experience with digital campaigning tools and ability to build alliances across the political spectrum.
