Regional Campaign Manager, Oregon

• Lead campaigns for clean energy projects and ordinances in Oregon, developing strategies and mobilizing grassroots support.
• Support partner organizations and volunteer leaders through check-ins, training, and advocacy materials.
• Track campaign milestones, manage budgets, and ensure grant deliverables are met.

This role directly accelerates the clean energy transition by mobilizing local support for clean energy projects, helping to reduce carbon emissions and combat climate change.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots organizing, issue advocacy, community engagement, political campaigns, or coalition management.
• Proven track record of achieving ambitious campaign outcomes; local-level experience strongly preferred.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communication.
• Experience with digital campaigning tools and ability to build alliances across the political spectrum.
