Mission
What you will drive
- Lead campaigns for clean energy projects and ordinances in the assigned region, working with partner organizations and local leaders to mobilize volunteers and win siting approvals.
- Develop campaign plans including goals, strategies, and tactical timelines in collaboration with partners.
- Track campaign milestones, provide support to partner organizations and volunteer leaders, and conduct regular check-in calls and training sessions.
- Oversee grant agreements with partner organizations, manage campaign budgets, and engage in regular reporting of campaign data.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots organizing, issue advocacy, community engagement, political campaigns, or coalition management.
- Successful track record of achieving ambitious campaign outcomes; experience at the local level is a strong plus.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with partner organizations and volunteers, and comfort building alliances across the political spectrum.
