Regional Accountant (Part-Time)

• Maintain full-charge bookkeeping for three Singapore entities in QuickBooks Online, including journal entries, reconciliations, and foreign currency translations.
• Review and map financial data from the Vietnamese accounting partner into the internal Chart of Accounts and QuickBooks Online.
• Support compliance and audit by preparing documentation for Singapore statutory filings and annual audits.
• Prepare quarterly financial information for Singapore investment vehicles and support the Financial Lead with reporting and analysis.

This role ensures accurate financial management for clean energy initiatives across Singapore and Vietnam, enabling New Energy Nexus to effectively support entrepreneurs and accelerate the transition to a 100% clean energy economy.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressive accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and/or GAAP, with excellent written English and ability to work independently.

Fully remote independent contractor engagement with flexible schedule. Rate: USD 15.00 per hour based on actual approved hours. Workload varies: approximately 40-80 hours/month in standard months, and full-time (up to 160 hours/month) during audit period (April-June).
