REDI Director

• Lead the development of Big Picture Learning's organizational evidence strategy by building systems for data collection, evaluation, research partnerships, and continuous learning.
• Design and implement data collection strategies, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making across the organization.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and feedback systems to measure program impact and support organizational improvement.
• Build and steward knowledge management systems, including research repositories and evidence libraries, to make research actionable across the network.

This role directly advances Big Picture Learning's mission to transform education by ensuring that the organization's work is informed by meaningful data and strong research partnerships, ultimately helping young people thrive in student-centered, real-world learning environments.

• Deep knowledge of K-12 education, with preference for experience in competency-based, student-centered, deeper learning, youth development, and related approaches.
• At least 10 years of demonstrated experience leading quantitative and qualitative research, evaluation, and data initiatives, including designing studies, developing data collection systems, analyzing data, and translating evidence into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to think strategically and lead implementation, managing complex projects and balancing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
• Strong communication skills to synthesize and present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Starting annual salary range: $112,064 - $129,574.
