Recruiting Coordinator

• Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, calendars, and interviewer preferences.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring organized and welcoming experience.
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse, including candidate stages and offer details.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to keep candidate pipelines moving and troubleshoot scheduling friction.

This role ensures every candidate receives a clear, organized, and respectful experience, directly supporting Planet's mission to use space data for environmental and humanitarian benefit.

• 1+ year of professional experience in coordination, scheduling, customer service, or operations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Comfort with Google Calendar, Zoom/Google Meet, and willingness to learn Greenhouse and GoodTime.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and self-directed organization.
