What you will drive

  • Own the full hiring strategy and recruitment process for Field Operations teams, building scalable, efficient hiring processes for high-volume field roles across the U.S.
  • Develop creative sourcing and outreach strategies for niche markets, working closely with local organizations and communities to drive engagement.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their goals and shape a process that leads to the right hire; champion hiring philosophy and serve as subject matter expert on field recruiting.
  • Build and maintain efficient and high-quality candidate pipelines through thoughtful application review, interview coordination, and candidate assessment.
