Re:CAM - Vice President of Engineering

• Define the technology architecture required to bring a novel CAM product to market
• Develop and implement a technology transfer strategy, from R&D to final product
• Manage all elements of the software development process and directly manage a team of software development engineers
• Work closely with stakeholders to align product vision and commercial targets with an engineered solution

This role drives the revitalization of US manufacturing by commercializing novel CAM technology, enabling domestic production and innovation across critical industries like aerospace, defense, and clean tech.

• 15+ years leading the development of highly technical engineered software products
• A master's degree in a STEM discipline, or equivalent experience
• Strong full stack fundamentals and advanced knowledge of modern architecture and AI tooling
• Prior experience in CAD/CAM or a related 3D space

Annual salary between $192,223 and $288,334, plus participation in annual bonus plan and long-term incentive plan. Every employee shares ownership in the company and shares in financial rewards of success.
