Real Estate Counsel - Wireless

• Lead efforts to support the origination and closing of real estate assets in the United States.
• Manage a pipeline of deals across the United States and facilitate dialogue between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team.
• Negotiate and draft documents for commercial real estate transactions.
• Conduct due diligence activities and underwrite assets for lease terms, projected cash flow, and facility information.

This role supports the expansion of telecom and renewable energy infrastructure, enabling connectivity and clean energy deployment that contribute to sustainable development and economic growth.

• 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, including at mid to large-sized law firm.
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
• Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus.
• Fluent with technology and remote work.
