PSH Specialist

• Support managers through the global onboarding process of newcomers, including drafting employment contracts, pre-employment screening, hiring actions in HR system, and providing information to local teams like Payroll.
• Update employee records in HR system and provide first-level support for employees and managers on people matters and policies.
• Contribute to continuous development of regional and global ways of working, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for automation and digitalisation.
• Collaborate with various HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Rewarding, HRIS) and local HR teams within the region.
