Proposal Specialist III

• Lead medium to large proposals and presentations from capture through interview stage.
• Create annotated outlines and content plans, and serve as lead writer for key proposal sections.
• Facilitate color reviews and quality reviews, implementing revisions based on feedback.
• Participate in go/no-go analyses and capture planning activities.

This role helps AECOM win projects that improve communities and infrastructure, contributing to sustainable development and positive environmental outcomes.

• Experience leading proposals and managing pursuit processes.
• Strong writing and editing skills for tailored resumes, past performance, and executive summaries.
• Ability to facilitate review teams and apply lessons learned.
• Coaching and mentoring skills for entry-level team members.
