Proposal Specialist, Federal, Canada

• Lead medium to large, complex Canadian Federal proposals from capture through to interview stage, including pre-positioning, writing, and compliance.
• Collaborate with regional and business line teams to develop win strategies, annotated outlines, and proposal content.
• Facilitate color reviews (pink, red, gold team) and ensure quality and compliance of deliverables.

This role helps AECOM win contracts that deliver critical infrastructure, environmental, and professional services to Canadian Federal clients, contributing to public safety, sustainability, and national development.

• Experience with Federal proposal writing and knowledge of Canadian Federal clients and bidding processes.
• Strong leadership, sharp compliance focus, and creative design ideas.
• Ability to lead pursuit teams and manage multiple disciplines/geographies.
