Project Manager

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of physical projects for the rollout of Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) across the UK.
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure installations are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for customers and stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Drive day-to-day execution, proactively managing risks and resolving issues while ensuring alignment with KPIs, SLAs, and health & safety standards.

This role directly supports the UK's Deposit Return Scheme, a transformative national initiative to improve recycling and reduce waste, contributing to a more sustainable future.

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in operational or physical project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources simultaneously.
• Familiarity with health & safety standards and project reporting.
