Project Manager

• Plan and manage multiple engineering projects for development of infrared cameras, components, and accessory products.
• Manage project milestones, budget, deliverables, and quality; report status using department processes and metrics.
• Maintain risk tracking and mitigation plans; proactively engage teams to reduce project risks.
• Provide leadership to engineering staff on development according to Design Control Process.

This role drives the development of advanced infrared technologies used in aerospace, defense, environmental monitoring, and medical imaging, contributing to safety, scientific research, and industrial innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 5+ years project/program management experience leading technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
