What you will drive

  • Manage the Service Provider Network, including onboarding, negotiating rates, and ensuring global coverage to increase operational fleet readiness.
  • Plan, lead, and execute medium to large-scale projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Warranty, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance, and serve as primary liaison for customers and service providers.
  • Monitor project progress using KPIs, dashboards, and earned value metrics; maintain documentation and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field and three or more years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
  • Strong background in data analytics, Excel (pivot tables, macros, VBA), and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience in government or defense contracting, familiarity with FAR/DFARS, and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or CMMI frameworks.
  • PMP or CAPM certification preferred; proficiency in Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
