Mission
What you will drive
- Lead distributed solar projects from early-stage development through construction readiness, managing all aspects including landowner relations, permitting, interconnection, environmental diligence, community engagement, consultant management, incentive program strategy, and development budgeting.
- Coordinate internal teams (engineering, interconnection, environmental, legal, real estate, finance) and external consultants to deliver technically feasible, economically attractive, fully permitted projects ready for construction.
- Maximize project value by strategically advancing projects within state incentive programs, community solar frameworks, and policy-driven markets; prepare materials for internal approvals and support financing and M&A activities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience without a degree, or bachelorโs degree plus at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience advancing projects through permitting and regulatory approval processes.
- Strong project management, organization, prioritization, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision and willingness to travel regularly.

Total compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission. Expected annual compensation range (base + incentive target) is $100,000 - $130,000, not including additional commission.
