Mission

What you will drive

  • Coordinate projects and tasks for the Executive Office and broader organization, ensuring alignment with priorities and growth areas.
  • Provide meeting support including note-taking, agenda preparation, and follow-up tracking.
  • Manage logistics for virtual and in-person events, including venue research, vendor booking, and participant coordination.
  • Maintain CRM systems (monday.com) and support operations with SOP documentation and process improvements.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 1-2+ years of project coordination and/or executive support experience, ideally in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to synthesize information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel.
