Mission

What you will drive

  • Administer all financial elements of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring cash flow.
  • Track project costs, analyze variances, and provide budget-to-actual insights.
  • Manage project accounting records, including invoicing, expense coding, and project closeout.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including executive leadership and NPS partners.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5-7 years of progressive project accounting experience and a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control principles.
  • Experience with automated financial systems; NetSuite preferred.
  • Knowledge of non-profit accounting, restricted funds, and 501(c)(3) requirements.
