PROGRAMS MANAGER – EARLY RESOLUTION PROGRAM

• Manage court referrals to the Early Resolution Program, including intake and referrals to legal service providers, and coordination with the public, legal aid partners, and court personnel.
• Represent the Early Resolution Program on remote court calls, providing case updates and assisting parties with virtual environments.
• Communicate with clients via telephone and email about CCR's services, maintain case records with extensive data entry, and support volunteer mediators in virtual mediation sessions.
• Train to be a mediator and mediate as needed.

This role provides mediation services to people of limited means and nonprofits in the Chicago area, promoting access to justice and alternative dispute resolution.

• Experience in direct client service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Seasoned computer skills including Zoom and Slack.

Fully remote position with some in-person events. Team-oriented, friendly, and professional staff environment. Opportunity to enter the field of conflict resolution and mediation.
