Mission
What you will drive
- Lead WFP Kyrgyz Republic's Food Systems and Climate Resilience portfolio, providing strategic direction and quality assurance for two CSP strategic outcomes.
- Drive design and implementation of scalable programme models linking policy influence with field delivery, including resilient livelihoods, climate adaptation, and nutrition-sensitive school meals.
- Build strategic partnerships with government, UN agencies, IFIs, and civil society to expand locally led solutions and mobilize resources.
- Manage operational research, evidence generation, and learning agendas to translate findings into programme improvements and policy messages.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum five years of relevant post-graduate professional experience in Climate-smart Agriculture or related Social Sciences, with value chain and public-private partnerships background desirable.
- Advanced University degree in International Affairs, Economics, Nutrition/Health, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Social Sciences or related field.
- Experience implementing or overseeing technical programs in food systems, agriculture, nutrition-sensitive social protection, and community engagement.
- Fluency in English (level C) and knowledge of Russian or Kyrgyz is an asset.
