Programme Director

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-profile, strategically critical Terminals and Campus Programme within the Contracting Entity’s Infrastructure Department.
• Coordinate programme delivery, manage budget, monitor milestones, and ensure compliance with governance processes.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, drive performance, and champion a strong safety culture.

This role directly supports capacity and capability growth of critical airport infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance and improved passenger experience, thereby contributing to economic development and connectivity.

• Proven experience as a Programme Director or similar senior leadership role delivering large-scale infrastructure programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to act as an ambassador for the programme.
• Expertise in programme governance, budget management, and performance monitoring.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving continuous improvement.
