Junior Training & Transformational Business Analyst

• Evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives through surveys, stakeholder feedback, and data analysis.
• Support organizational change management (OCM) and communications activities, including developing strategic communications and engagement plans.
• Develop training materials, job aids, user guides, and process documentation to drive user adoption.

This role helps ensure successful implementation of organizational, process, and technology changes, enabling clients to achieve their goals and drive lasting, impactful change.

• BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in change management, communications, or training.
• Experience designing surveys, analyzing data, and reporting on outcomes.
• Proficiency with reporting and visualization tools.
