Program Operations & Systems Manager

• Own and continuously improve operational systems and workflows for program implementation across schools and communities.
• Maintain accurate student, school, and program records, ensuring data integrity across internal systems.
• Coordinate program launch logistics, publish lesson content, and manage communications with stakeholders.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and data exports to support impact measurement and decision-making.

This role ensures the accuracy and reliability of program operations, enabling Gifted Savings to deliver financial education and investment portfolios to high school seniors, fostering long-term wealth creation and financial inclusion.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by building reliable systems and processes.
• Comfortable working across spreadsheets, dashboards, SaaS platforms, and operational tools.
• Experience supporting operational, administrative, or data-intensive work with accuracy.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong communication and collaboration skills.
