Program Officer

• Manage and evaluate a portfolio of grants in Africa and Asia, ensuring compliance with grant awards.
• Serve as primary liaison with grantees, developing and maintaining relationships.
• Support the Programming team with transition to a new grant management system and strategic plan projects.
• Collaborate with all GO Campaign departments.

This role directly improves the lives of orphans and vulnerable children by ensuring effective grant management and supporting local grassroots projects in Africa and Asia.

• Bachelor's degree in international development, nonprofit management, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in grant and relationship management within the nonprofit sector.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of grant management software (e.g., WizeHive, Airtable) and passion for GO Campaign's mission.

Salary range: $59,000-$66,000 (commensurate with experience). Full-time position. Los Angeles-based preferred.
