Execute MIT Solve's open innovation Challenges, managing programming, applicant engagement, and innovator support across climate and learning impact areas.
- Design and implement Challenges: research topics, engage stakeholders, review submissions, prepare finalists, and coordinate judging panels.
- Lead Challenge-related events and sessions; provide cohort support, introductions, and speaking opportunities for selected innovators.
- Maintain Salesforce records for contacts and activities; track metrics and recommend improvements to selection and support processes.
- Requires 3+ years in project or program management with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
- Beneficial: familiarity with climate or learning innovation topics; proficiency in Arabic, French, Portuguese, or Spanish; social impact experience.
