Program Manager – Virtual Power Plant & Load Flexibility - Remote Eligible

• Analyze energy performance, customer and site response, dispatch results, and program data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and oversee implementation and operation of Energy Efficiency, VPP, and Battery programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with Utility and Energy Market partners, and coordinate with internal teams for program delivery.
• Contribute to Load Flexibility strategy and expansion planning, and respond to RFPs.

This role helps clients realize innovative revenue and savings opportunities while supporting grid reliability, reducing carbon emissions, and contributing to a sustainable energy future.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand response program management or related field.
• Understanding of Demand Response, VPP, Energy Efficiency, Battery program management, and AI in energy sector.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; thrives in fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation: $115,000 - $135,000 USD annually. Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and disability insurance. Career advancement opportunities in a fast-growing company.
