What you will drive
Lead end-to-end field operations for cash transfer programs in Mozambique, managing teams and partnerships.
- Own enrollment, verification, and payment delivery targets; coordinate with mobile money partners and troubleshoot payment issues.
- Build and manage field teams; hire, train, and develop enrollment officers and supervisors with regular feedback.
- Monitor operational, fraud, and safeguarding risks; design processes prioritizing recipient safety and security.
- Establish relationships with government counterparts, donors, and community partners; represent GiveDirectly in coordination forums.
- Requires 5+ years management experience in fast-paced environments; fluency in Portuguese and English essential.
