Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage LEEP's paint programs across multiple countries, coordinating studies, government engagement, and manufacturer support.
  • Track key activities and milestones across your portfolio, troubleshooting blockers and improving program delivery.
  • Engage with policymakers and governments to support lead paint regulation implementation and policy development.
  • Collaborate with paint manufacturers on lead-free solutions, working with LEEP's paint technologist.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience in program management, preferably in public health, environmental policy, or international development.
  • Fluency in French and English (required for Francophone focus).
