Mission
What you will drive
- Manage day-to-day operations and execution of the Health Justice and Children, Youth, and Families programs, ensuring workstreams align with organizational strategy, timelines, and standards.
- Coordinate program and project management across teams, manage partner relationships, and support grant reporting, budgeting, and event planning.
- Provide administrative and logistical support, maintain project plans, and drive effective communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Strong experience in project management, operations management, or programmatic implementation within a non-profit, mission-driven organization, social enterprise, or academic research institution.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in event management, vendor and budget management, and using project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Demonstrated ability to integrate principles of equity, justice, and inclusion into daily work.
